Just a note to say a big thank you for your advice, patience, perseverance (especially on Friday!) and professionalism in completing mums memorial for us. We unveiled it as a family on Saturday, and although being another difficult step in our journey, it was exactly what we all envisaged and wanted. It is perfect. Thank you so very much for the completion of refurbishment of our late Bryan’s memorial. We are so very happy with the result. It is all new and shiny and so much easier to read now. We also really appreciate the notes on your statement about care of the memorial. The memorial has most definitely been completed to the satisfaction of our family.
